Bank of Africa Uganda has unveiled its new Quick Fix loan, a salary-based facility that lets customers access up to five times their monthly salary at a competitive interest rate of 14.5 percent, because now, with BOA Quick Fix, you can do 5X Mo. This product gives Ugandans faster, more convenient access to funds, reinforcing the bank’s commitment to providing affordable and reliable credit solutions.

Samir Yassine, Executive Director of Bank of Africa Uganda

The Quick Fix loan is designed for today’s working Ugandans, people who face unexpected expenses or urgent financial needs that cannot wait for lengthy loan processes. By combining a higher borrowing limit with a favourable interest rate, Bank of Africa is offering customers a practical option that balances speed, cost, and accessibility, at a time when many still struggle to secure short-term credit from formal institutions.

Samir Yassine, Executive Director of Bank of Africa Uganda, described the product as a continuation of the bank’s dedication to customer-focused innovation. “Through the Quick Fix loan, we are reaffirming our commitment to offering flexible, accessible, and timely financial solutions to employed Ugandans juggling responsibilities and unexpected costs. We understand that life often throws surprises at people—urgent medical bills, school fees, or sudden household expenses—that cannot wait for lengthy loan approvals. With this product, we are providing a solution that not only responds quickly but does so in a way that is transparent, affordable, and tailored to the realities of today’s working Ugandan. Our aim is to empower our customers to navigate both planned and unplanned financial needs with confidence and ease.”

The Quick Fix loan also aligns with the bank’s broader strategy to strengthen its retail offering and respond proactively to shifting market dynamics. As the cost of living rises, this facility provides a structured and dependable avenue for customers seeking fast access to funds without compromising on affordability or transparency.

Customers can access the service from any Bank of Africa branch.

With BOA Quick Fix, Bank of Africa Uganda is giving salaried customers greater confidence and flexibility to manage both planned and unforeseen financial obligations, truly making it easier to do more with every month.
