    Sanjay Awasthi, Chairman & Managing Director of Tembo Steels, has been honored as one of the World’s Greatest Leaders 2025 by Asia One Magazine.

    Awasthi is recognized for his leadership in the industrial sector of East Africa, particularly for guiding Tembo Steels, Uganda’s only primary steel producer, in adopting sustainable practices and innovative steel manufacturing solutions. Asia One Magazine also featured Tembo Steels in its 15th Edition of World’s Greatest Brands 2025.

It publishes several research-based issues annually that feature various industries, such as education, healthcare, and manufacturing. The magazine is known for its awards and business summits that honor top brands and leaders. It has intellectual property rights to awards such as “World’s Greatest Brands & Leaders – Asia-Middle East-Africa”.
